Below is a list of tariffs for each of our two cottages.

Booking Information
A 7 night letting period usually commences on a Saturday, however if this is not suitable we will attempt to accommodate on you starting on any other night, depending on availability.

Midweek breaks are for three nights accommodation, either Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday.

Weekend Breaks are for two nights accommodation, either Friday/ Saturday or Saturday/ Sunday.

Booking Conditions
The terms and conditions of set out below form part of the contract formed when a booking is accepted...

Reservations
Initial enquires and reservations may be made by telephone, FAX, post or e-mail. Your reservation can only be secured by the payment of a booking deposit of £100.
Deposits may be paid by cheque or a Banker's Draft and should be made payable to Redbrae Holiday Cottages and crossed account payee only.

Confirmation
On receipt of your deposit we will issue a deposit confirmation which will detail the dates of your holiday, the name of your cottage and the total cost of your booking.The issue of our booking confirmation will form part of the contract between us.
On arrival at your cottage your Booking Deposit then becomes a Good House Keeping deposit. This will be returned at the end of your holiday provided that the cottage and contents are left in a satisfactory condition.

Cancellation
By you - If you are compelled to cancel your booking you should let us know as soon as possible and immediately confirm in writing. Your cancellation will only become effective when we have received your written instructions. Failure to cancel your booking in writing will leave you responsible for the full costs of the booking.
By us - It is unlikely that it will be necessary for us to cancel your holiday, however we do reserve the right to do so. In such an event, we will do our utmost to offer you alternative accommodation at an equivalent standard or make a full refund of your deposit.

Payment
On arrival at your cottage you will be asked for full payment of your booking. This may be by cash, cheque or a Bank Draft, made payable to Redbrae Holiday Cottages.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the cottage and are expected to take care of it! All equipment must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday.
You are responsible for breakages and damage within the cottage. Any breakages or damage must reported to Redbrae Holiday Cottages immediately.You are also liable for any equipment lost from the cottage during your holiday.

Disclaimer
No responsibility will be accepted by the owners for any accident, or loss of, or damage to personal effects, baggage, car or any other items belonging to you or any member of your party whether arising from the negligence of the owner, his servants or that of any tenant of one of the cottages.

Complaints
If whilst on holiday you are not entirely satisfied with your cottage please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the problem. Failure to follow this procedure will make it impossible for us to put the matter right and may result in the loss or reduction of any rights you may have in connection with your complaint.

Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted (with the exception of guide dogs).

Smoking
As regards smoking we reserve a non-smoking policy in our cottages.
